High humidity and ground moisture common in southwest Missouri often lead to persistent crawlspace moisture, mold, and mildew issues beneath homes and commercial buildings. Left unaddressed, these conditions can contribute to wood deterioration, odors, and long-term structural concerns. Using our experience and diagnostic approach, we identify the source of excess moisture and develop a targeted plan to correct it.

Existing mold growth is removed using a professional mold-cleaning process, followed by treatment of all exposed wood surfaces with Bora-Care® with Mold-Care®. This product penetrates deep into the wood to kill existing mold and inhibit future fungal growth from within, rather than simply treating the surface. Because it becomes part of the wood itself, it provides long-lasting protection without creating a surface residue.

Moisture correction and mold treatment are evaluated together and bid as a single, customized solution based on the specific conditions of the structure. Once treatment is complete, a tailored moisture-control plan is implemented to help prevent recurrence. Solutions may include moisture barriers, sump pump installation, drainage correction, French drains, backfill adjustments, or minor foundation repairs as needed.
