History
Formed in 1982 by Jerry Freeman I as a side qualification paired with an arbor degree, Jerry l began studying and becoming more versed in the pest control industry. In the midst of forging his own path of providing for five children Complete Pest Control was born.
Beginning in 1983, Jerry's firstborn son, Jerry ll began integrating himself into the company and learning more based on the seed planted by his father. Between coaching soccer, raising four kids and continuing to build and expand the company's range of operations and services Complete Pest Control budgeted from $50 dollars worth of monthly’s to a recognized name in pest control servicing multiple school and government facilities as well as a wide range of businesses of all types.
As of 2020 Complete Pest Control has gone through another transition as Jerry 3 has begun taking over day to day operations and bringing Complete Pest Control to the next generation of pest service professionals while holding the same goal as his father and grandfather, by giving customers the best service we can and keeping your home and business pest free.

Jerry Freeman III
Jerry Freeman III, owner and operator of Complete Pest Control, was born and raised in the business and has built his career on protecting homes and businesses with skill, precision, and a straightforward approach. He has a deep admiration for the North American wheel bug—fascinating, formidable, and perfectly engineered by nature. When it comes to treatment work, wasps remain his favorite challenge; there’s a unique satisfaction in stepping into a dangerous situation under a customer’s watchful eye, neutralizing the threat, securing their home, and walking away completely unscathed. Outside the job, he spends his time working on GM trucks and cars, collecting, restoring, and shooting odd and historic firearms, and taking on home improvement projects. Above all, he finds the greatest reward in using the expertise he’s developed over the years to help others—delivering real peace of mind so families and business owners can enjoy their spaces without worry. Bethanie Medlin
Bethanie serves as the Office Administrator and occasional Field Tech at Complete Pest Control, where she joined in February 2020 and laid much of the foundational organization and administrative structure that keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. She has a particular fascination with the Emerald Cockroach—vibrant, unique, and one of the more striking insects in her view. When it comes to treatment work, German cockroaches top her list; she finds real satisfaction in observing the various life stages, executing treatments that deliver immediate bulk knockdown, and seeing the problem resolved decisively. Outside of work, Bethanie enjoys crocheting custom projects, spending quality time with family, diving into various crafting hobbies, and exploring new restaurants around town to discover fresh flavors and experiences. Melissa Johns
Melissa is the voice you'll hear when you call! She schedules appointments and will make sure you feel taken care of every step of the way. Melissa truly enjoys helping people and making the process easy and stress-free. Fun fact: her favorite insect is the walking stick - she admires its calm nature and impressive camouflage (though she promises we're much better at spotting pests than they are at hiding!) When she's not booking appointments, Melissa enjoys cooking, cake decorating, and spending time with her family and their furry friends. Keeping homes happy (and pest-free!) is what we're all about.

Jonathan McElveen
Jonathan McElveen is a skilled and dedicated pest control technician with a strong foundation of discipline and service forged during his time in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Wasp. Passionate about the natural world, his favorite insect is the elegant swallowtail butterfly, which he admires for its striking beauty and grace. On the job, however, he takes particular satisfaction in addressing wasp infestations—often with a determined grin and his signature line, “We Have Beef”—tackling nests with precision and professionalism. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys the outdoors through camping and hiking, where he finds peace and recharge in nature. He is also an avid enthusiast of strategy gaming, particularly the Total War series, epic tabletop adventures in Dungeons & Dragons, and losing himself in a good book during his downtime. T35669

Keith Skidmore
Hi, I'm Keith Skidmore, a Field Technician dedicated to keeping homes and businesses in our community pest-free. My favorite insect to admire is the stunning Jeweled Scarab with its incredible iridescent colors, but when it comes to treating, nothing beats tackling ant problems—they're challenging yet super rewarding to solve! I use safe, effective methods to get results while protecting your space and the environment. Outside of work, I unwind with video games, love checking out classic car shows, and cherish weekends camping and fishing with my wife and two kids. There's no better feeling than leaving a property protected and seeing families enjoy their homes worry-free! T36087

Rachel Freeman
Hi, I'm Rachel Freeman, and I keep things running smoothly behind the scenes with precise data entry, inventory tracking, and stocking. My favorite office task is definitely inventory—there's something so satisfying about everything being organized, counted, and in its place! My favorite butterfly is the breathtaking Blue Morpho with its shimmering blue wings that seem to glow. Outside of work, I love heading out to trivia nights for some friendly competition and laughs, diving into a good book, playing video games, crocheting cozy projects, and just driving around with the music cranked up. It's all about finding those little moments of joy and keeping life balanced!

Jerry Freeman II
The patriarch of the company and the longest standing member of Complete Pest Control, Jerry II began working with his father in 1983 before beginning to build his own vision for the company in 1984. Setting the long standing tradition for quality of service and care Jerry II still works today doing minimal field work but a major in the training of new techs and teacher of our mandatory training days.
